Profile and marketplace information
Trainers are responsible for keeping public profile information, approved gym context, experience, package details, and practical session information accurate. Trainer setup is support-led unless the product shows a specific self-service control. This page does not promise trainer vetting, insurance coverage, customer demand, or a particular earnings outcome.
Packages and availability
- Customer-bookable packages are currently active 60-minute single-session offerings.
- Availability must be kept current for the approved gyms where the trainer accepts current beta bookings.
- Online, outdoor, home, and trainer-location customer booking workflows are deferred unless a later product flow explicitly enables them.
- Gym-based booking visibility also depends on approved gym relationships and gym readiness.
Requests, cancellations, and reschedules
Trainers should review booking requests accurately and accept only sessions they intend to deliver. Trainer cancellation and reschedule options are limited by the live booking flow and may affect customer refunds, payout visibility, and ledger status.
Earnings and payouts
Trainer earnings screens show booking, refund, and payout ledger status. Payout handling is based on current workspace status and support-led operations, and this page does not promise a payout date, payout frequency, or final payable amount before booking, refund, and ledger checks are complete.
