Trainers
Trainers set eligible single-session offering prices in their workspace. Public booking currently supports active 60-minute single-session offerings that the booking engine can quote.
Gyms
Gym-based bookings can include venue fee handling where relevant. Setup and payout handling stay controlled through current operational processes, with live booking quotes and workspace or support status carrying the current truth.
Booking economics
How the booking economics work.
The live booking quote is the customer-facing source of truth. This public summary is intentionally high-level so it does not overstate refunds, payouts, fees, or unsupported package types.
Platform commission
A platform commission may apply to trainer earnings. Exact customer-facing totals should come from the live booking quote, not manual estimates.
Payment processing
Traina uses Stripe-supported payment handling for card setup and booking payments. Booking and payment screens show the current status when payment or refund attention is needed, but this page does not publish a universal Stripe processing-fee rate or promise refund or payout timing.
Venue fees
Where a booking uses an approved gym, venue fee handling may apply. The amount depends on the configured gym and trainer setup and the live booking quote.
Payout visibility
After an approved request is paid, Traina tracks the booking amounts needed for trainer and gym payout visibility and support review. Refunds and cancellations can change what is payable, and trainer and gym payout handling remains support-led through current operational processes.
