Customer booking terms
Customer expectations when booking on Traina.
These terms explain how current customer beta booking requests, saved payment methods, attendance, cancellations, and reschedules work for approved gym-based sessions.
Before sending a request
Customers can browse public trainer information before account setup. Before sending a booking request, customers may need to complete the readiness steps shown in the product, including required profile details, being 18 or older where date of birth is collected, verified phone status, and a saved payment method.
Booking requests
- The current customer beta supports approved gym-based booking contexts only.
- Online, outdoor, home, and trainer-location workflows are deferred unless a later product flow explicitly enables them.
- The customer chooses a trainer, approved gym context, active 60-minute package, date, and time.
- The customer sends a request first. The trainer may accept or reject it.
- A rejected request ends without a customer charge.
- If the trainer accepts, payment may be attempted using the saved payment method.
- Sessions and payment status appear in the customer account.
Attendance and session conduct
Customers are responsible for attending on time, following reasonable trainer and venue instructions, and keeping personal details current. Traina does not promise a specific training result, fitness outcome, venue experience, or trainer availability.
Cancellations and reschedules
Customer cancellation and refund rules are summarized in the refund policy. Reschedule workflows supported by the product keep the existing booking active until the other side reviews the proposed new time.
