Gym profile and readiness

Gym owners are responsible for keeping gym name, address, website, active status, PT booking status, operating hours, and venue fee details accurate. Enabling PT bookings does not create customer-bookable slots unless the other trainer and gym readiness checks are also met. Gym setup and partnership questions are handled through support unless the product shows a self-service control.

Trainer relationships

Gym owners should review trainer applications and approved trainer relationships carefully. Approved trainer-gym relationships can affect customer booking context when the gym is active, PT-enabled, and has operating hours that intersect with trainer availability.

Operational expectations

  • Keep hours and practical venue details current before allowing live PT bookings.
  • Update PT booking status if the gym cannot support marketplace sessions.
  • Do not rely on Traina public pages as a promise of customer traffic, revenue, or trainer demand.
