These terms explain the basic expectations for using Traina as a customer, trainer, or gym owner.

About Traina

Traina is a marketplace that helps customers discover trainers and request personal training sessions. The current customer beta supports request-first, gym-based sessions at approved gyms. Online, outdoor, home, and trainer-location workflows are deferred unless a later product flow explicitly makes them available. Traina is not a guarantee that any trainer, gym, session time, payout, refund, or outcome will be available.

Account responsibilities

  • Use accurate account, profile, booking, and contact information.
  • Keep login details secure and use only the role and workspace assigned to your account.
  • Do not misuse marketplace data, contact details, booking flows, payment flows, or support channels.
  • Tell Traina through support if you believe your account, booking, or payment state is wrong.

Bookings and marketplace rules

Bookings are subject to Traina marketplace rules, the booking flow shown in the product, and the policies linked from this page. Customers send requests, trainers review those requests, and payment may be attempted only after trainer acceptance.

Public pages summarize the current product behavior. The live booking screens should be treated as the current source for booking status, payment status, cancellation options, and refund status.

Payments, fees, and payouts

Payment methods are handled through Stripe. Traina may receive limited payment method summaries and payment status information needed to operate booking, refund, and ledger flows. Trainer and gym payout visibility is based on booking, refund, and payout ledger status and should not be treated as a guaranteed payout date.

Changes to policies

Traina may update these policies as the product, provider setup, operating model, or legal requirements change. Updated pages should replace older public copy when they are published.
